With reference to the letter
number under reference it is to mention that though our CHQ had written to the
DTE regarding replacement of UPS batteries and increasing of bandwidth of
NSP-II in the case of Phulbani Divbision, Odisha circle, the DTE is only
issuing letters after letters and same at RO/CO level but the output is nothing
but a biz zero. So requested to take up this case with the most priority.
The present position is a tender
for replacing of batteries amounting Rs 17 lakhs approximately was submitted by
RO, Berhampur to DTE for approval. But though the DTE is well aware of the
situations it again called for the entire file from RO Berhampur instead of
approving the tender amount. The file mark of RO Berhampur is
TO/103-83/2016.
