Old Items-
06/07.2015- It is requested to supply fake note detecting cum counting machine to all remaining offices and MPCM counter of Phulbani HO. On 06.06.2016 & 09.09.2016 in the monthly meeting it was replied to this union that matter was taken up with RO. But no further progress is found. So requested to take immediate steps to supply the same. Also the letter numbers by which RO is communicated may kindly be intimated.
01/07.2015 On 06.06.2016 & 09.09.2016 it was replied to this union that the case of Baunsuni SO for dequarterisation was submitted to RO. But no result has come till, so requested to take immediate steps for dequarterisation of Baunsuni SO. Also the letter numbers by which RO is communicated may kindly be intimated.
01/01.2016 On 06.06.2016 & 09.09.2016 it was replied that RO/CO were appraised for providing 3G speed for NSP2. But no action has been taken till date. So requested to take up the cases with high priority at appropriate level. Also the letter numbers by which RO is communicated may kindly be intimated.
02/01.2016 Revision of minimum & maximum balance of all NDTSOs. It is a long pending item so requested to take urgent steps for revision of the same.
04/01.2016- Providing air coolers to all offices.
06/02.2016 Providing of water purifier to Phlbani HO & G Udayagiri SO and water cooler to Balliguda SO & Phulbani HO.
04/04.2016 It is requested to supply a 4-Port SIC cards to the B Class double handed SOs as this will increase some speed as according to M/s Sify if unmanaged switches are connected between the router and the PCs the bandwidth speed could not be fully utilized. On 06.06.2016 it was replied that matter was taken with RO. But no action has been taken. So requested take immediate steps for providing the same. Also the letter numbers by which RO is communicated may kindly be intimated.
02/08.2016 A workshop on CBS should be called for all staffs of Phulbani division. This matter was also intimated vide this union letter numberPHI/AIPEU/GR.Cdated 28th June 2016 but no tangible action has been taken It is requested to arrange for a CBS workshop. This should be followed by Sub-Divisional level workshops for BPMs to increase their ideas and clarify their doubts. And in the sub divisional meetings staffs having adequate knowledge on CBS from operative side should be there to clarify their doubts.
New Items-
01/02.2017- Though payment of training allowance to the newly recruited Postal Assistants in Phulbani Division has been ordered vide ordered vide the DO, Koraput letter number-B/G/Ch-II dated 15.06.2016, the same has yet not been effected till date. It is requested to issue necessary instruction in this regard for effecting payment at the earliest.
02/02.2017- According to 07th CPC approved recommendations , an employee should be drawn with an increment (Bunching effect) if his junior draws equal pay with the him. But the officials who were recruited in January 2011, have still not been provided with the said benefit. Though the same has been drawn in neighboring divisions like Aska, Berhampur & Koraput etc. It is requested to issue necessary instructions in this regard at the earliest.
