Notice is hereby served under the article number 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group C to hold a GENERAL BODY MEETING of AIPEU Gr C, Phulbani Division at 11:00 hrs sharp on 08th April 2018 (Sunday) in the PRC, Phulbani in the campus of Phulbani (O) HO.
The following shall be the agenda for discussion.
1. Issues after CSI roll out.
2. Approval of expenditures
3. Staff grievances.
4. Any other Items with the permission of chair.
5. Vote of thanks.
All concerned are requested to attend the meeting positively on the scheduled time to participate in discussion and express their valuable opinions / suggestions and to strengthen the union.
