Respected Madam,
We
want to express deep thanks for acknowledgement of our letter and for
the reply. We came to know that funds under the heads have been allotted
and it is requested for finalization following works which is creating
problems in smooth running of the offices in Phulbani division.
1- The UPS of most of the offices are still not working and no replacement of batteries.
2-
No work has yet to be taken for Server rooms of Boudh MDG, G.Udayagiri
& Balliguda. No action is also forth-coming for up-gradation of hard
disk & RAM to remove the problem of frequent hang up of server,
creating hindrance in normal work.
