This is to inform you that Customer care for Mobile Money Transfer Service of DOP can be reached directly through the customized Mobile Handsets provided to the Post Offices by dialing 59495 or by dialing 0124-2438099 form any landline or mobile number. For any issues, complaints or suggestion regarding the Mobile Money Transfer Services can be mailed to customer care on customercare.dop@maverickmobile.in. 

The undersigned is the Team Lead for Customer care and any escalation respective Circles, Regions, Divisions and Post offices can write directly to hemant.arora@maverickmobile.in.
