 No- PHI/AIPEU/Gr C dated at Phulbani the 31^st July 2015.

Notice is hereby served under the article number 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group C to hold a General Body Meeting of AIPEU Gr C, Phulbani Division at 10:00 hrs on 30^th August 2015 (Sunday) in the campus of Phulbani (O) HO.

The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.      UPS & Computer problems in the offices of Phulbani division.

2.      Staff grievances.

3.      Discussion on the one day strike to be held on 02^nd September 2015 & indefinite strike from 23^rd November 2015 in the call of all the Central Government Employees.

4.      Any other Items with the permission of chair.

5.      Vote of thanks.

All are requested to attend the meeting positively on the scheduled time to participate in discussion and express their valuable opinions / suggestions and to strengthen the union.
